Donald J. Rothschild Jr was raised in the Marine Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York where he raised his children and now resides in the Old Mill Basin neighborhood of Brooklyn. He is a product of the neighborhood schools, and is extremely familiar with Marine Park and the surrounding communities. He is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a ”Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource” and is designated as a “Sellers Representative Specialist” and a “Senior Real Estate Specialist” by the National Association of Realtors. He is a proud member of the Brooklyn Board of Realtors, Brooklyn Multiple Listing Service, New York State Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors, Senior Real Estate Specialist Council, Sellers Representative Specialist Council and a graduate of the Brooklyn School of Real Estate.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, and after serving over 25 years, he retired as a Captain of the Emergency Medical Service Bureau of the New York City Fire Department. He is also a commissioned New York State Notary Public.
